Your quote lists it. For a typical office that means trash and recycling, restrooms cleaned and restocked, break room counters and sinks, desks and common surfaces dusted and wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, and glass doors and entry wiped. Add or remove items and the quote changes with it.
Yes. Most office and medical accounts are cleaned in the evening or early morning. Move out and post construction cleans are usually daytime. Tell us the hours that work and we schedule around them.
We do. Cleaning products, vacuums, mops and cloths come with us. Paper products and liners for your restrooms can be yours or ours; your quote says which.

Yes. We clean exam rooms, operatories, waiting rooms, restrooms and staff areas to the checklist your practice gives us, and wipe down the high touch surfaces you point out on every visit. Anything beyond regular cleaning, such as sharps or biohazard waste, stays with your medical waste vendor.
