Who we are

Southern Charm Cleaning is a brand of Southern Charm Hauling LLC, a Texas company based in Dallas. Questions? Text or call (469) 383 8216 or message us on Facebook.

What we collect

Only what you send us, through one of three doors.

• The quote form on this site. The business or property name, your name, phone number, the kind of space, its size, how often you want it cleaned, the city, and any notes. The form does not store anything on this site. It fills in a text message that you send from your own phone, and we receive it on our business line.
• The apply form on this site. Your name, phone number, the city you live in, when you can work, and anything you write about yourself. It works the same way as the quote form: a text from your phone to our line.
• Texts and calls. The phone number you text or call from, what you write, and any photos you send, for example photos of a space you want quoted.

We do not run analytics, tracking pixels or cookies on this site, so visiting it tells us nothing about you.

How we use it

To quote the work, schedule it, reply to you, and, for applicants, to get in touch about a job. We may text or call you about your quote, your account or your application.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The companies that run our phone line and our records handle your information only so we can serve you.

Your choices

To see, fix or delete what we have about you, text (469) 383 8216. Reply STOP to any text from us and we stop texting.

How long we keep it

We keep quote, account and applicant records while we are working together and as long as tax and business records require.

This site

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third party scripts. Fonts are served from this site.
