What does a make ready clean include?
Every room the next tenant will touch. That means the kitchen with the inside of the oven, fridge, microwave and cabinets, the bathrooms top to bottom, floors and baseboards, closets and shelves, and windows, blinds, light fixtures and switch plates. Your quote lists each item, so the leasing office knows what was done.
